Refund Policy

At SavTech, refunds are handled under the conditions outlined below. This policy applies to all services unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Full Refund Before Project Start: If a service is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued. Transaction or processing fees are not refundable.
  • Partial Refund After Project Start: If a cancellation request is made after work has begun but before completion, a refund may be issued only for the unused portion of the payment. Any work already completed will be retained by SavTech and is not refundable.
  • No Refunds After 90 Days: No full or partial refund will be issued for any payment made ninety days or more after the date the payment was received. Exceptions may be considered only under special circumstances and require written approval from SavTech’s compliance team.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for a change of mind once a project has commenced.
  • Refund Requests and Review: All refund requests must be submitted formally. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the project status, work completed, and contractual terms. Decisions made by SavTech are final.

Approved refunds, if any, are processed using the original payment method and may take additional time depending on the payment provider.
